Tradition and Flavor from the Sea

We import mojama made in Barbate, where wild almadraba tuna is carefully prepared with respect for tradition. An artisanal process that highlights the purity of the sea and the passage of time, offering a natural, simple product full of nuances. Freshness and authenticity in every bite.

Mojama is a traditional product from southern Spain, made by curing and drying tuna with salt. It is considered a delicacy for its intense flavor and firm texture, perfect to enjoy with olive oil and nuts.

Barbate’s mojama is special because it is made from wild almadraba tuna, caught using a sustainable fishing technique with over a thousand years of history. Its artisanal production, passed down through generations, ensures superior quality and an authentic taste that captures the essence of the sea.

Our Product

Our story is rooted in the sea. Born in Barbate, where the tradition of almadraba tuna runs through generations, our passion for mojama comes from family and memory. My father was a sailor, and my grandparents dedicated their lives to fishing. From childhood, mojama was always present on our table, a taste that connects me to home, to simplicity, and to the rhythm of the sea.

We honor this legacy by offering a product made with care, respecting artisanal methods, nature, and sustainability. Each piece carries the essence of Barbate, its people, and its history, a tradition passed down through time, now shared with you.
